Dmitrienko Maksim Andreevich, born June 9, 2000, citizen of Russia, resident of Volgograd, since 2018 was a serviceman of the French Foreign Legion, served in the city of Oban.

On December 22, 2022, he was sentenced under Part 1 of Art. 30, Part 2 of Art. 208 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Preparation for participation on the territory of a foreign state in an armed formation not provided for by the legislation of this state, for purposes contrary to the interests of the Russian Federation") to 4 years in a strict regime colony with the first 2 years served in prison and 1 year of restricted freedom.
