Turbin Arseny

Turbin Arseny, born August 19, 2008, lived in the city of Livny, Oryol region, studied at the lyceum. On June 20, 2024, under Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in the activities of an organisation that is recognized as terrorist in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation"), he was sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment in a correctional colony.
From September 5, 2023 to May 31, 2024, he was under house arrest, released on his own recognizance not to leave, taken into custody on June 20, 2024.
